第七戰來到多倫多，溜馬主將喬治(Paul George)戰到最後一分一秒，無奈先前落後實在太多，84比89吞下敗仗，相隔15年後，暴龍再次晉級第二輪。

暴龍掌握先機，德羅贊(DeMar DeRozan)首節攻下13分，雖然喬治回敬12分，暴龍仍取得5分領先。第二節，雙方拚板凳深度，暴龍小將包威爾(Norman Powell)貢獻10分，溜馬板凳則有史塔基(Rodney Stuckey)贊助7分，半場結束，暴龍領先6分。

第三節，暴龍命中率雖然不佳，但德羅贊頻頻走上罰球線，5罰5中，單節又取13分。溜馬整節無罰球機會，比分一下子被拉開，78比64，相差14分。

決勝節，整場只休兩分鐘的喬治，發生4次失誤，不過暴龍攻擊乏力。溜馬靠雙衛，艾利斯(Monta Ellis)、希爾(George Hill)聯手把比分追近，2分35秒時，雙方只差3分，一陣拉鋸後，倒數14秒，喬治發生整場最懊悔的一次失誤，傳球遭德羅贊抄走，隨後2罰中的，讓溜馬球季就此結束。

喬治26分、12籃板、3抄截，但全場發生7次失誤。整個系列賽，他攻下191分，打破球隊名宿米勒(Reggie Miller)隊史單一系列賽181分紀錄。

一組後衛，希爾貢獻19分，艾利斯繳出15分、7助攻成績。

暴龍德羅贊攻下全場最高30分，雖然32投10中，不甚光彩，但9罰9中，奠定勝基。溜馬全場僅8次罰球。他在防守端也有3抄截、2阻攻表現。洛瑞(Kyle Lowry) 14投5中，11分、9助攻進帳。包威爾貢獻13分。

暴龍全場命中率僅38.2%，較溜馬46.6%低，外線也較遜色。但籃板49比38多抓了11個，二次進攻17比3是勝利關鍵。

隊史首次在七戰四勝制中勝出的暴龍，下一輪將面對同樣拚完七場的熱火。休息一日後，他們可以在家中等待對手。台北時間5月4日早上8點將進行系列賽首戰。
